Who we are

Post2Portal is a service of Realpoint Property (United Kingdom), the controller of the data collected through this website. For any privacy question, email info@realpointproperty.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the “Request a demo” form we collect what you enter: name, agency, email and, if you give them, phone, town or province, the software you use and your message.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: to contact you, show you Post2Portal and send you an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR). We do not sell or pass your data to third parties, and we don't add you to newsletters without your consent.

Where it is stored and for how long

Your data is stored on OVHcloud servers in France, in the European Union. We keep it as long as needed to handle your request and for at most 24 months if you don't become a customer; then we delete it.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, tracking or analytics.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, or object to it, by emailing info@realpointproperty.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as Italy's Garante (garanteprivacy.it) or the UK ICO (ico.org.uk).

Agencies using Post2Portal

Processing of client agencies' listing and account data is governed by the service terms.
